Stephen Appiah donates to victims of Akosombo dam spillage
Stephen Appiah, a former captain of the Black Stars, has given relief supplies to those affected by the Akosombo Dam spillage in the Volta region.
The donation was made by Appiah and Wembley Construction, and it was accepted by Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu.
The items donated include mattresses, grains, and beverages, among other things.
Mr. Ablakwa took to social media to thank Stephen Appiah for his generosity, describing him as more than a footballer.
