Goalscoring is our problem – Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum admits

Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum says his outfit main problem in the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign is goalscoring.

The Porcupine Warriors has not been impressive after nine games into the domestic top-flight season, winning two, drawing five and losing two games in the process.

Ogum’s outfit has managed just ten points from a possible 27 after nine games into the season. This leaves the Porcupine Warriors 14th on the Ghana Premier League standings.

Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Ogum, who made a return to the club before the start of the season blamed goalscoring for outfit inability to grind results.

“Our problem is goalscoring and that is a fact. We even play better than our opponents, create chances but at the end of the day how to put the ball in the net has been the problem”

Asante Kotoko are away to Sameraboi to face Samartex in the week 10 fixture on Sunday.
