The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) has officially announced the hosts for the highly anticipated CAF Awards 2025, set to take place on 19 November at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Rabat, Morocco, with the ceremony kicking off at 19h00 local time / 18h00 GMT.

This year’s edition will be steered by a dynamic duo that embodies the rich artistic spirit and cultural vibrancy of Africa: Angélique Kidjo and Oualass.

Angélique Kidjo, the globally acclaimed Beninese singer and activist, brings decades of artistic brilliance to the stage.

A five-time Grammy Award winner, Kidjo is renowned for her powerful fusion of African rhythms with global sounds and her commanding presence in the world of music and culture.

Beyond her artistry, she is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, a Time Magazine 100 Most Influential Women honoree, and a passionate voice for women’s empowerment, education, and the safeguarding of African heritage.

Oualass, the Moroccan comedian, actor, and entertainer, joins her as co-host. With his sharp wit and magnetic stage presence, Oualass has become one of the most beloved figures in African entertainment, captivating audiences from Casablanca to Kinshasa.

Together, Kidjo and Oualass promise an unforgettable evening that celebrates not just footballing excellence, but the soul and creativity of Africa.
