Eight teams from Asia have already qualified, with Iraq in the play-off. 12 teams have booked their place from Europe, with four slots available for 16 teams to fight for. New Zealand is the only country to qualify from the Oceania zone. From CONMEBOL, six have qualified, with a slot available for Bolivia, which is in the play-off.
Three teams from North America have qualified, with Jamaica having the opportunity to book their place via the playoff.
