The 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers will resume in the third week of March with teams gearing up to continue from where they ended last year.

Ghana has won three and lost one of the four games played so far. The black stars sit second in Group I, with only goals difference separating them and league leaders Comoros.

Otto Addo’s men will host Chad on 17th March 2025 in game week 5 and travel to Madagascar on 19th for game week 6 of the qualifiers.

The Accra Sports stadium has been confirmed by the Ghana Football Association as the venue for the home fixture against Chad after CAF’s inspection team announced it as ready for the game.

Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi over the years has been Ghana’s home grounds but it has failed to meet the requirements of CAF; hence, Accra Sports Stadium is now the place for Black Stars’ games.
