They say experience is the best teacher. Tiwa Savage, 44, has enough experience when it comes to dating and marriage.
The Afrobeat goddess was married to Tunji “Tee Billz” Balogun between 2013 and 2018 and has never married again.
The Nigerian singer, songwriter and actress has advised her fellow women not to quickly jump out of their relationships simply because their men have cheated on them.
“I don’t think a woman should end a relationship because her man cheated once or twice.
“A man will love you so much but still go out and cheat for no reason. If you leave a man because he cheated, the next person you meet will do the same thing.
“This is from my own experience because I’ve never left any man. After all, they cheated on me. I only leave when you start ghosting me, abusing my love, or making me feel like I’m not wanted anymore.”
Per Tiwa’s words, an African man just has cheated in his DNA, and ladies must not leave their relationships because their partners just cheated.
