Bechem United made it 6 straight wins in the Ghan Premier League with a 3-0 disintegrating of league leaders Heart of Lions. Undoubtedly, this fixture was the biggest of the weekend with both teams entering the game in great form.

Nations FC at the DR Kwame Kyei Sports Complex won 3-1 against Holy Stars. Razak Simpson, Faisal Charwetey and Annor Emmanuel were on target for Nations FC.

Medeama drew 1-1 against Asante Kotoko at the TNA Park in the Western Region. Kwame Poku scored the opener for Asante Kotoko in the first half. Right back Kamaradini Mamudu equalized in the second half.
