Former Hearts of Oak CEO Harry Zakour has expressed his optimism in Kofi Adams to lead the Sports and Recreation Ministry.

The recently appointed minister has so far verbally shown that he can transform the dead Sports Ministry of Ghana.

In an interview on Asempa Ultimate Show, Harry Zakour, who is considered one of the best Chief Executive Officers to have ever handled a football club in the history of Ghana, disclosed that Kofi Adams is right for the position.

“Kofi Adams is the right person for Sports and Recreation,” the Lebanese-Ghanaian businessman said.

Ghana’s Sports Ministry has, over the years, battled unimaginable corruption and nepotism, leading to the complete decline of sporting activities in the country.

What Ghana needs at the Sports Ministry is someone who will fight corruption, nepotism and mismanagement and per all indications, Kofi Adams is ready to revive sports in the country.
