The Ghanaian TikToker, Ananzo was recently was blessed by Afrobeat hitmaker, Davido for singing and dancing to his latest song “With You”. The TikToker was seen singing the song word to word as it shocked viewers and his followers.
In an interview on an unnamed podcast, the now TikTok star shared his journey in education, work and music.
“I have been working as a car washer for 10 years, from 2015 to now,” Ananzo said.
Working at a washing bay for a decade is not a mere achievement as it takes a lot of dedication, commitment and hardwork to survive there.
“I started working at the washing bay after junior high school.” Ananzo added.
He disclosed that he was able to cater for his Senior High School Education through the washing bay job.
Concerning his passion for music and content creation on TikTok, Ananzo revealed how his performance of King Paluta’s ‘Makoma’ gained him followers.
“I love to find myself where I can feel the vibe about music. So when I’m working, our master has this bar, where the washing bay is, so he has these loudspeakers. So, when we are working, he will be playing music and I will be singing and vibing to it”, he disclosed.
The TikTok star shared his unconditional love for music crediting his boss for playing songs at the washing bay.
“King Paluta dropped his single, Makoma, so I was just vibing on the Makoma sound. I had this friend, he’s family, recorded it and posted it on TikTok.”
Ananzo credited King Paluta’s ‘Makoma’ for opening doors for him as a friend recorded him and posted it on social media where people started recongnising him.
Davido gifted Ananzo USD5,000 for accurate performance of “With You” ft. Omah Lay.
