For the third consecutive year, Cristiano Ronaldo topped Forbes Magazine’s list of the highest-paid athletes worldwide. The list contains the amount the athletes earned in the year under review.
The list contains three football stars with Al-Nassr’s Ronald, Inter Miami’s Lionel Messi and Al Itihad’s Karim Benzema, who earned $275M, $135M and $104M respectively last year.
Three basketball superstars, Golden State Warriors’ Steph Curry ($156M), Lebron James ($133.8M) and Kevin Durant ($101.4M) of the Phoenix Suns are all included in the top 10 earners for the last year.
British Heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury has earned $146M in the last year, where he lost back-to-back against Ukrainian undefeated boxer, Oleksandr Usyk
Dallas Cowboys’ Dak Prescott, who was the highest-paid athlete in American Football, earned $137M in the year.
The list is completed by Baseball stars Juan Soto (New York Mets)and Shohei Ohtani (Los Angeles Dodgers), who earned $114M and $102.5M, respectively.
