Sweduru All Blacks secured qualification from the Access Bank Division One League on Sunday after smashing New Edubease 3-0.

The Sweduru-based club is one of the oldest football clubs in Ghana and is considered one of the pioneers of our local football.

The club won all 15 home games making it easier for them to top Zone 2 easily.

With just one game to end Division One League, the club are seven points ahead of second-placed Rospak making it mathematically impossible for anyone to usurp them.

All Blacks were relegated in the 2008-2009 season alongside Tema Youth and Sporting Mirren and have failed to reorganise themselves for the return to the top flight until the 2024-25 season.

Nicknamed the Black Magicians, Agona Sweduru All Blacks was established in 1945 making them one of the oldest clubs in the country.

Their qualification sent the entire Agona Sweduru community into delirium.
