As part of the plan to cut all the unnecessary costs the government has been paying with the taxpayers’ money, the president of Ghana announced many plans for the project.

Among the things that Ghanaians were extremely angry about was the subscription of satellite TV, including DSTV, in most of the government offices, where almost GHC700 was paid at the end of every month.

Per multiple reports, all the big government offices were enjoying the Subscription of DSTV from the coffers of the government. Starting from the end of June, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama has scrapped all the benefits.

Not only is the Jubilee House alone losing the benefit, but rather all the government offices will lose it.

The government has promised a complete reset to the system, and it looks clear that they are on course.
