Crime, fraud, and impersonation issues are getting higher and higher every day in Ghana. Ghanaians must be vigilant, as people are taking advantage of others to enrich themselves.
Emmanuel Boateng is a ‘smart’ 25-year-old young man who has successfully defrauded the unsuspecting public, locally and abroad, by allegedly impersonating a herbalist in the Ashanti Region.
Boateng is said to have impersonated a registered herbalist, Bright Appiah, who is the Chief Executive of Nana Kofi Herbal at Nsuta. He is said to have manipulated videos shared on social media by Nana Kofi Herbal and replaced the original contact numbers of Mr. Appiah with his number to mislead people who sought herbal care.
His victims, according to sources, are individuals in Ghana, the UK, France, and Germany. Boateng is currently in the grip of the police.
