Shatta Wale performed in front of over 30k Ghanaians at the Accra Sports Stadium in the 2025 President Cup when Asante Kotoko faced Hearts of Oak. During his exciting performance, President Mahama was singing every word of his track, ‘Mahama Paper’ which has gotten Ghanaians excited when the video popped up on social media.

Shatta took the opportunity and urged Ghanaians to support John Mahama’s government until he left office in 2028.

“From now till the next election support this government.
“If you are a youth and you want to see money in your pocket then support this government because it has come to put money in your pocket,” Wale said.

John Mahama’s victory in the 2024 General Elections has given Ghanaians much hope, as things are a bit stable compared to the last 3 years.

Asante Kotoko defeated Hearts of Oak 2-1 to lift their 9th President Cup with Kwame Poku getting the winner for Abdul-Karim Zito’s side.
