Ghanaian Kumawood superstar Kwadwo Nkansah Lil Win has announced his plans to bring Ghanaian movies back to their former glory. The Ghanaian movie industry is completely dead, with efforts underway to revive it.
The 27-year-old recently collaborated with Nigerian superstars Ramsey Noah Jnr, Charles Awurum and Victor Osuagwu a.k.a Awilo Sharp Sharp. The movie was so popular and interesting that it could unquestionably be Nkansah’s biggest production to date.
He is on another one titled Captain Ibrahim Traore, the Last Hero of Africa, which is set to premiere on the 2nd August 2025 at the Kumasi City Mall.
Kwadwo, in an interview on Lawson TV with Kwame Tanko, made a big revelation that he will feature Belgian martial artist and actor Jean-Claude Van Damme, Nollywood stars Mercy Johnson and Destiny Etiko in his next project titled ‘A Journey to Africa’.
“I was live on TikTok, and Van Damme joined. I thought it was a joke, and I invited him home to join my next project called Road to Africa, where he said yes. He will soon be in Ghana”, Kwadow Nkansah told Kwame Tanko.
LilWin is undoubtedly the biggest star in the Ghanaian movie and he is set to make the whole world hear about his presence and talent in the movie industry.
