Former Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman was full of energy and power during his playing days.

The former Udinese central midfielder was blessed with energy, flexibility, aggression, shot power and pace.

He was among the best Ghanaian midfielders, undoubtedly.

The new generation is blessed with midfielders, but most are not up to his level.

Real Oviedo’s 27-year-old central midfielder impressed Ghanaians in the Black Stars’ 1-0 win over Mali.

In an interview with Graphic Sports, Emmanuel Agyeman Badu praised the qualities of the ex-Cheetah FC academy graduate.

“[Kwasi] Sibo is a very solid player with a lot of promise.

“Honestly, he can’t match the power and energy I brought to the team in my time, but he has qualities that suit the modern game”, Agyeman Badu added.

Agyeman Badu revealed that Sibo’s qualities are nowhere near his.

Sibo has the power to cover more spaces and can also stop opponents’ play with ease.

“I like his composure, ball distribution, and discipline. With the right guidance, he can become a big name for the Black Stars”, he added.

Agyeman Badu is optimistic that Sibo can reach the upper echelon of world football, looking at his qualities.
