Yussif Basigi left Hasaacas Ladies as head coach after 21-years in charge. Yes! 21 incredible years at the same club is not a joke in the world of football.

The Ghanian head coach is undoubtedly the biggest brain in Women’s football in Ghana. He has seen it all from the youth to the senior sides in Women’s football in Ghana.

The experienced gaffer did not waste time as he guided his young women to a 4-1 win in his first match against Mlandizi Queens. Simba Queens plan to be a top notch team in the Women’s gane and hence decided to hire the experienced Ghanaian coach.

A trained teacher born in Daboya in Northern part of Ghana, Basigi has served as assistant manager for Black Queens and main manager in his incredible career.

The 52-year-old former left winger took the Black Princesses to the last two FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

He has won SWAG Coach of the Year, (2015), GWPL coach of the Year (2021) and Ghana Women’s FA Cup Coach of the Year.
