Asante Kotoko Sporting Club has announced a restructuring of its Interim Management Committee (IMC) following a directive from His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and the Manhyia Palace.

In a statement issued on November 25, 2024, the club revealed that Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum will no longer be a part of the IMC.

This move is designed to allow Dr. Ogum to concentrate fully on his role as the team’s Head Coach, where he will focus on driving the club towards its sporting goals and achieving greater success.

The statement emphasized that the reorganization is in line with the club’s commitment to streamline operations and align with the vision set by Manhyia.

While Dr. Ogum continues to lead the team on the pitch, the IMC will handle the club’s administrative duties and leadership responsibilities.

Asante Kotoko reassured its supporters of the club’s dedication to excellence and expressed gratitude for their continued support during this transition period.

The club urged fans to remain united in their pursuit of sustained success.
