Ghanaian International Abdul Fatawu Issahaku is not in a hurry to leave Leicester City despite strong interest from English Premier League Everton.

The young winger has returned to full fitness after a tough 2024/25 campaign due to an ACL injury and is ready to make an impact again.

Impressive Form

Fatawu lit up the Championship in 2023/24, scoring six goals and delivering 13 assists in 40 matches. His flair and creativity were key in Leicester’s promotion push, earning him a permanent move after a successful loan spell.

Leicester City activated his buy clause and secured him for €10 million on a five-year deal, with an additional €7 million fee included.

Valued at Leicester City

Despite his major injury setback last season, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku is highly valued at Leicester City.

The club is happy to keep the forward, but may consider sanctioning his transfer if they receive a huge offer from the Premier League side.
