Ghana’s national football team, the Black Stars, will take on Niger in a critical Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier on Monday, November 18, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The stadium, which also hosted Ghana’s recent qualifier against Sudan in October, has once again been cleared as the venue for this crucial Matchday 6 game.

Currently sitting third in Group F with only 2 points, Ghana is behind group leaders Angola by 10 points and Sudan by 5 points.

The Black Stars aim to leverage home advantage to improve their standings and keep alive their hopes of qualifying for the 2025 AFCON tournament in Morocco.

Facing Niger’s Menas, the Black Stars are determined to capitalize on this last opportunity to advance in the group and earn a place in the continental championship.
