With less than two weeks for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, Burkina Faso’s head coach, Brama Traore, has announced his final squad for the tournament in Morocco.
The squad is headlined by Angers’ goalkeeper Koffi Kouakou Herve.
In defence, veteran centre back Dayo Issoufou of Um Salal, alongside Edmund Tapsoba of Bayer Leverkusen, Issa Kabore of Wrexham, and Djiga Yacouba Nasser of Rangers, are all part of the squad.
In midfield, Pyramids’ Blati Toure, Ki Aziz of WAC of Morocco, Fabrice Sangare of Noah and OB Odense’s Ouedraogo Ismahila are included.
Sunderland’s Bertrand Traore and Dango Ouattara of Brentford headline the team’s attack
