The game was originally scheduled to be played in Morocco on Thursday 14th November, but it has been confirmed that the venue has been changed.

Niger is one of the countries that don’t have a standard venue on the continent to host CAF-organised competitions and has subsequently chosen Morocco as their home grounds.

The game has been confirmed to take place at the Stade de Kegue in Lome. The game is a very crucial one because a draw for Kwesi Appiah’s Falcons of Jediane will help the minnows to qualify at the expense of the much fancied Ghana.

Kwesi Appiah has been left frustrated because the changes were announced to them so late on Tuesday. Sudan had already been in Morocco for preparations for a week now.

It’s a do-or-die affair for Sudan, which needs just a point to book a place in Morocco 2025.
