The quick fire format for the AFCON 2025 qualifiers has reached the home stretch with sudan set to host Ghana in Libya on Tuesday afternoon.

The Falcons of Jediane took an important one point at the Accra Sports Stadium in the goalless draw on Thursday afternoon.

It has certainly put Sudan in a good position as a victory against Ghana on Tuesday will put them on the verge of qualification. Although Sudan are not playing in Khartoum, the Eastern Africans are still very good so Ghana must watch out.

Kwesi Appiah, the head coach of Sudan knows almost everything about the Black Stars and is ready to compound his beloved Black Stars’ troubles.

Otto Addo knows that missing the 2025 AFCON will be disastrous as Ghanaians will never take it lightly.

A calamitous qualifiers so far for the Black Stars: they sit third with just 2 points won from avaliable 9. Just a goal has been scored by Ghana which is not acceptable. Sudan has 4 points and a draw against Ghana will be good for them.

Angola who will visit Niger will need just a draw to qualify. Their qualification will put the other three teams under immense pressure.
