11 African Athletes have qualified through to the Men’s 100m semi-finals.

Africa is shining in Paris properly in the Men’s 100m with Caneroon’s Emmanuel Esseme recording the best time of 9.98 seconds.

Botswana’s Letsile Tegbobo come in second with 10.01 seconds.

South Africa’s Akani Simbine [10.03], comes in 4th with Ghanaian duo of Rasheed Saminu [10.06] and Benjamin Azamati [10.08] in 7th and 8th respectively.
