The management of the Asante Kotoko Football Club has reportedly banned Asempa FM from covering any activities that involve the football club.
A sports broadcaster at Asempa Media named E.K Wallace, during a show on Asempa FM on Thursday, February 27, 2025, revealed that Pooley was stabbed at a ghetto in Nsoatre but rather not at the Nana Koramansah II Park.
His revelation has shocked the club and many football fans across Ghana as they believe the broadcaster was so untruthful in his comments.
Asante Kotoko has banned Asempa FM from covering any news about the club until further notice.
Ghana Premier League has been suspended for a month now due to Pooley’s death.
