“You’re the best fans in the world, lets do it again”, Jason Tatum said to the cheering Celtics fans before the disintegration of New York Knicks.

Defending champions Boston Celtics started the new campaign with a 132-109 win over New York Knicks at the TD Garden in Boston, MA.

The Boston side resumed from where they ended last season with
Jason Tatum scoring 37 points, 4 rebounds and providing 10 assists  on the night as he stole the show with an incredible performance.
Derrick White (24 points), Jaylen Brown (23 points) were the top three players of the night showing how talented this Boston Celtics side is.

Many expect Celtics to defend their title and they showed that they are fully prepared for it.

Celtics manager Jo Mazulla started with the same line up that finshed of Dallas Mavericks in the final of the 2023-24 season in Game 5; Brown, Tatum, Horford, White and Holiday.

New York Knicks who finished second in the Eastern Conference in the 2023/24 season lost to a whooping 23 points deficit with Brunson and McBride scoring 23 points each.

History made!!!

At the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles in front of 18,997 spectators, history was made in LA.

Legendary Lebron James, 39, and son Brony James, 20, became the first father-and-son duo to play alongside each other in a regular season fixture.

Lakers defeated Minnesota Timberwolves 110-103 with senior Lebron scoring 16 points, 5 rebounds and providing 4 assists although Junior Lebron didn’t score nor provide any assist.

Head coach JJ Redick brought the James family on with just four minutes remaining in the second quarter.

The James’ stole all the attention and the headlines with many Lakers fans wishing they could drive the team all the way to the title this season.
