The draw was made on Thursday afternoon in Cairo with defending champions Al Ahly being drawn against Sudanese giants Al Hilal in the quarter-finals one.
The second quarter-final draw is a fixture between North African Sides Pyramids of Egypt and AS FAR Rabat of Morocco.
Mamelodi Sundowns will have the opportunity to revenge the semi-finals defeat of the 2023-24 CAF Champions League when they face Tunisian masters Esperance in the third quarter-finals.
The fourth tie is between the Algerian side and MC Alger and South Africa’s Orlando Pirates.
