Jorrel Hato has completed his much-awaited transfer from Ajax of Amsterdam to Chelsea of London.
The 19-year-old who is much revered in Holland has signed a long seven-year deal with the champions of the world, Chelsea.
The youngster is regarded as the most talented young defender in the Netherlands, having joined Ajax from Sparta Rotterdam in 2018.
After four years in the Ajax Youth, he was promoted to Jong Ajax in 2020 and started playing regularly for the senior team a year later.
Hato has played 75 games in two years for Ajax.
He is a full Dutch international having won six caps for the senior national team.
Hato has played for Netherlands U16, U17 and U21 and many have tipped the centre-back who can also play at left-back as future skipper for the Netherlands national team.
