Justice Blay did not hide anything when he was interviewed by Bright Kankam Boadu on Pur FM. The former Medeama midfielder revealed that Camara slept with his girlfriend. Kwame Poku has snatched my sugar mummy, Blay added. He continued, “I am not the only one who takes alcohol in the club”. Blay’s revelation was shocking to many fans of the club.

Former head coach of Asante Kotoko, CK Akonnor, has advised Ghanaian footballers to keep their private lives very secret because it can destroy them.

“Players must learn to keep their private lives quiet. This should serve as a wake-up call for both clubs and players. No matter how justified the frustration, airing such matters publicly only damages reputations—especially Blay’s own, despite all he’s done for Ghana football.”

“Statements like this don’t just affect individuals—they cast a shadow over the entire club. Wearing the Kotoko jersey comes with responsibility. It’s not just about talent on the field; it’s about setting the right example off it too.”

Asante Kotoko has battled indiscipline for a long time, and many believe Blay’s revelation could be the turning point, as they have urged the club’s leaders to do all they can to end it.
