Guinean-born French youth international Sidiki Cherif has agreed to join Crystal Palace in a deal worth €20 million from Angers.

The 19-year-old was born in Conakry, the capital and largest city of Guinea, but moved to France at age five.

The Eagles have reached an agreement for the teenager to bolster their attack. Yeremy Pino and Ismaila Sarr are the only two proper wingers for Crystal Palace, with manager Oliver Glasner pushing for a more energetic and dynamic forward who could play on either flank

Crystal Palace have sent their first official proposal to Angers for Sidiki Cherif, and the struggling French side have accepted. The Eagles are set to spend half of the 40 million pounds they will receive from City from the sale of Marc Guehi on Cherif.

A Proposal worth €20m with a €5 million add-ons included have been agreed as talks are underway among all the parties.

Guinea are ready to give the youngster a call-up in the upcoming March international break, hoping to snatch him away from France.
