The Echem XMAS Gala could be the best inter-town football competition organised in the Ashanti Region in 2025.
With the competition set to be launched for the first time officially on Sunday, 9th November in Akokoamon, towns and teams will be eager to learn their opponents to kick start proper preparations in the bid to win the ultimate prize in December.
The third edition of the Echem Christmas Gala is upon football-loving fans across the Ashanti Region once again.
The brain behind the much-awaited competition, the Sports President of Ashh FM, has confirmed that all is set for the draw.

Teams to be drawn: 24 teams

Format for the draw and the competition
The teams will be grouped into six, with each containing four teams. No team will be seeded, so any team can face any team.
The top two finishers of each group and the best four of the third-place finishers will be drawn for the round of 16.
