Director of Electoral Services at the Electoral Commission (EC), Dr. Serebour Quaicoe, says he will exercise his political right by voting in the

“Yes, I will vote. I’ll vote by proxy.”, Dr. Quaicoe revealed on Joy News, urging all voters to partake in the exercise.

Ghanaians go today 19th December 2023 to elect Assembly members and unit committee members for the next four years.

Over 66,000 people are vying for assembly and unit committee positions in today’s District Level Elections.

The Electoral Commission’s statistics indicate 18,755 assembly member candidates and 47,502 unit committee member candidates, totaling 66,257 candidates.
