The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has confirmed the addition of six new players to the Black Stars squad following the withdrawal of eight others due to injuries and personal reasons.

Osman Bukari from Austin FC, Ransford Yeboah Koningsdorffer from Hamburger SV, Forson Amankwah from Norwich City, Terry Yegbe from IF Elfsborg, Ebenezer Annan from OFK Beograd, and Kingsley Schindler from Samsunspor have all been invited to strengthen the team ahead of their upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

These players are set to replace Joseph Paintsil, Antoine Semenyo, Ibrahim Osman, Tariq Lamptey, Jerome Opoku, and Inaki Williams, who are all unavailable.

The Black Stars will face Angola on Friday, November 15, and host Niger on Monday, November 18, 2024.

The team began preparations with a training session at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, November 11, at 5 p.m.
