The second round of the Ghana Premier League will begin on Saturday at the WAFA Park in Sogakope, with the relegation-threatened Accra Lions hosting Medeama SC.

Eight games will be played on Sunday across the length and breadth of the country.

Asante Kotoko will look forward to beating Karela for the first time at home since 2021. All their last three games at Kotoko’s home have ended in a 1-1 draw.

Hearts of Oak will seek revenge for the embarrassing 2-0 defeat they suffered on the opening day of the season at the Accra Sports Stadium against the newly promoted side Basake Holy Stars.

League leaders Bibiani Gold Stars travels to the University of Ghana Sports Stadium to face the struggling Legon Cities who won for the first time in 6 games in week 17.

Nations FC starts the second round with a tough trip to Bechem United.

Heart of Lions, after two consecutive defeats, will look forward to returning to winning ways against Aduana Stars.
