GPL Week 8 results: Holy Stars 1-1 Kotoko, Hearts of Oak 0-1 Gold Stars

The week 8 of the GPL commmenced on Friday night at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium with Legon Cities drawing goalless against Accra Lions.

The week 8 of the GPL commmenced on Friday night at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium with Legon Cities drawing goalless against Accra Lions.

On Sunday at the Wenchi Park, Young Apostles won 1-0 against Dreams FC. The win has helped Apostles move oit of the relegation zone.

Akwasi Sarpong’s second half strike was enough for the defending champions, Samartex SC to condemn Berekum Chelsea to a slim 1-0 defeat. It was Chelsea’s first defeat of the season.

Bechem United drew goalless against Karela in Bechem.

Aduana Stars and Medeama’s entertaining game was postponed with 10 minutes from time due to heavy downpour. They are to finish it on Monday in the morning, per statement released by the home side, Aduana Stars on X. The scoreline was 2-2.
