Brazil delivered a dazzling 5-0 victory over South Korea in an international friendly at the Seoul World Cup Stadium in the capital city of Korea Republic, Seoul.

Chelsea youngster Willian Estevao Estêvão and Real Madrid forward Rodrygo each scored twice, with Vinícius Júnior adding the final flourish.

In a rain-soaked Seoul World Cup Stadium, Brazil wasted no time asserting dominance. Estêvão, the 18-year-old Chelsea forward, opened the scoring in the 13th minute after a slick pass from Bruno Guimarães.

His pace and composure set the tone for the match. Rodrygo doubled the lead just before halftime, finishing calmly from a Casemiro assist to give Brazil a 2-0 cushion at the break.

The second half saw Brazil shift into an even higher gear. Estêvão struck again in the 47th minute, showcasing his sharp instincts inside the box.

Rodrygo followed up with his second goal just two minutes later, punishing Korea’s defensive lapse.

The hosts struggled to contain Brazil’s fluid attack and were often pinned deep in their own half.

Vinícius Júnior rounded the rout in the 77th minute, weaving through defenders before slotting home the fifth goal.

This emphatic win was more than just a friendly—it was a statement. After a rocky World Cup qualifying campaign, Brazil looked revitalised under Carlo Ancelotti’s guidance.

The blend of youth and experience, with rising stars like Estêvão and established names like Casemiro, suggests a promising future.

For South Korea, the match exposed defensive vulnerabilities and a need to regroup ahead of upcoming fixtures.
