Ghana Premier League champions, Medeama SC, have confirmed that Bosnian tactician Nebojsa Kapor is the new head coach for the Mauve and Yellow with Evans Adotey Augustine reverting to his technical director role.
The move comes with an indifferent response because Evans Adotey guided Medeama SC to their first-ever Ghana Premier League title and also led them to the Money Zone of the ongoing CAF Champions League.
However, results have been inconsistent as the Mauve and Yellow occupy 3rd place in Group D of the CAF Champions League with qualification now difficult for the Tarkwa-based club.
In the Ghana Premier League, Medeama SC moved to 10th place on the log after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Bibiani Gold Stars on Boxing Day albeit having 4 games in hand.
Bosnian tactician Nebojsa Kapor is not new to the Ghanaian football terrain as he once managed Bechem United.
The tactician is confident he can turn Medeama SC’s season around.
