The Round 32 of the MTN FA Cup was in full swing as Division One clubs stunned Premier League Clubs. The magic of the FA Cup is always at work as lower-division clubs have developed a knack for silencing Premier League clubs.

SKYY FC shocked the Premier League Champions, Medeama SC 1-0 at Saint Martin’s Park in Daboase. Eric Antwi Konadu’s 3rd-minute strike was enough to help the Division One side eliminate the Premier League side.

WA Power beat the troubled Real Tamale United 2-0 as Soccer Intellectuals won 2-1 against Fijai United.

Asante Kotoko without the star midfielder Richmond Lamptey, won 1-0 at Dun’s Park in Bibiani against Bibiani Gold Stars.

Moise Pouaty, Rocky Dwamena and Micheal Kyei Dwamena all started as Prosper Ogum made changes to his starting 11 that defeated Bofoakwa Tano 2-0 last weekend.

Both teams couldn’t break the deadlock in the first as it ended 0-0.

Peter Amidu who came on for Rocky Dwamena in the 53rd minute scored the opener in the 58th minute and it proved to be the winner as Fabolous held on to their slim lead.

Defending champions Dreams FC revenged the 1-0 loss against Heart of Lions on Wednesday in the postponed Ghana Premier League fixture by beating the Kpando-based club 2-0 at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu to advance to the Round 16th. Godfred Atuahene and Abdul Aziz scored the goals for Dreams FC.

Giant killers Nania FC drew 1-1 against Accra Great Olympics and progressed to the next stage with a 5-4 win on penalties as Oly Dade crashed out of the competition.

Koforidua Semper fi eliminated Vision FC 5-4 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in regulation time.
