Sudan drew goalless in Accra and defeated Ghana 2-0 in Libya to leave the Black Stars on brink of not qualifying for the 2025 AFCON to be played in Morocco.

The Falcons of Jediane has moved 10 places higher and now sits 26 on the continent but 110 in the world.

Ghana has moved to 73rd after winning just one point against Sudan from the possible six in October’s international break.

Morocco still sits on top of the continent (13th in the world) after smashing Central African Republic 9-0 on aggregate.

Senegal, Egypt, Nigeria, Algeria and Ivory Coast completes the top 6.

Tunisia, Cameroon, Mali, DR Congo South Africa and Burkina Faso are the next best six teams on the continent.
