Ghana’s 2-0 defeat to Sudan in Libya on Tuesday has led to a huge confusion among Ghanaians with connoisseurs of the game sharing ideas on what next the FA must do.

Former Black Stars player Malik Jabir has called for the immediate sacking of head coach Otto Addo.

The 79-year old has reveled that Otto Addo has not hit the heights expected of him in his second coming as Ghana’s coach.

“Otto Addo must be fired. He has not been helpful to our squad during his tenure”, Malik Jabir said.

Otto Addo led Ghana to the 2022 FIFA World Cup and he showed a very great promise but decided to step down after Ghana failed to qualify to Round 16 stage of the competition.

Chris Houghton replaced him but also failed to deliver in the 2023 AFCON in Cote d’Ivoire and subsequently lost his job.

Otto Addo returned with many Ghanaians having much hope that the former Black stars midfielder was going to turn things around.

The second coming of Otto Addo has been disastrous as Ghana has almost missed out on the 2025 AFCON to be played in Morocco.

Pressure is mounting on him because many Ghanaians have started calling for his sack.

Legendary Malik Jabir has called for his sack because he has not seen improvement in the team.

Many others are also calling for the FA to let him remain at post and solve the real issues facing Ghanaian football.
