Ghana hosts Central African Republic in Kumasi on matchday 4 of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Many changes have been made by the head coach to the team that won in Mali.

Otto Addo starts with Ati-Zigi in post with Alidu Seidu, Gideon Mensah, Alexander Djiku and Mohammed Salisu as his back four.

Salis Samed and Thomas Partey’s partnership in front of the defence is maintained.

Fatawu Abdul Issahaku, Mo Kudus and Kamal Deen Sulemana will serve as the playmakers to Jordan Ayew who is trusted to lead the team in attack.

Tariq Lamptey, Ernest Nuamah and Antoine Semenyo have all been dropped to the bench.
