Committment, passion and camaraderie are the attitudes one needs to win something in life.

Many believe it’s all about talent when it comes to football success but truly, it is the least of the ingredients football teams need to enjoy success.

Ghana’s problem has never been lack of talented players but rather the zero Committment and passion the players always show whenever they put on the Black Stars jersey.

Ghana’s head coach Otto Addo has warned the Black stars players that whoever shows zero commitment will not be invited to the team.

“If I don’t see performance, commitment and more, I won’t call you”- Otto Addo said.

Ghanaians have now understood why Thomas Partey was left out in the 25-man squad to face Angola and Niger in the 2025 AFCON qualifiers.
