Witnesses report that Ms. Sebbi had been gone from her Goi family home for three days before to her death.
The report disclosed on Tuesday at around 1:00 a.m., her boyfriend, a taxi driver, returned from work and saw her hanging in his room.
Sege District Police Commander, Daniel Yaro, acknowledged the occurrence but declined to provide further details.
The deceased’s body has been placed in the mortuary of the Police Hospital in preparation for an autopsy.
