The Phobians recorded their first win in the new season after overcoming coach Maxwell Konadu’s side in a game that should have produced more goals than it did.

Accra Hearts of Oak secured a 1-0 victory against Nsoatreman FC at the Accra Sports Stadium. Kashala Ramos Wanet was the hero for Hearts of Oak, scoring the only goal of the match in the 4th minute.

Ramos Wanet found the back of the net by connecting with a cross from Salifu Ibrahim.

This victory extends Hearts of Oak’s unbeaten streak against Nsoatreman FC, as they have now recorded back-to-back wins over their opponents in the 2022/23 season.

While the visitors stepped up their game in the second half, Hearts of Oak held on to secure the win.
