25-year-old Ghanaian forward Mohammed Kudus is set to join Tottenham Hotspur from West Ham United after both sides agreed on a fee worth £55 million.

Tottenham’s new boss, Thomas Frank, immediately identified Kudus as the best left-footed attacker who fits his style after replacing Angelos Postecoglou.

The Ghanaian will undergo his medical test on Thursday, 10th July, and then all paperwork will be signed.

Kudus only wanted to join Tottenham this summer, according to multiple sources, and will sign a six-year contract at Spurs.

David Moyes signed Kudus from Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam in a deal worth £42 million. He instantly became a fan favourite after dazzling for the London club.

The move makes Kudus the most expensive Ghanaian footballer ever, surpassing Thomas Partey’s 50 million pounds move from Atlético Madrid in the summer of 2020.
