Per Italian transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano, English giants Liverpool FC is keeping a close eye on West Ham United’s Ghanaian forward, Mohammed Kudus.

Liverpool’s plan for Mohammed Salah’s replacement is underway and Arne Slot’s side are monitoring and weighing their options for Kudus.

Mohammed Salah announced to the club before the commencement of the season that he will leave Liverpool at the end of the 2024-25 season when his contract expires.

Liverpool would love to see the Egyptian star renew his contract but the winger is unwilling as a huge deal is on the table for him from the Saudi PRO League.

Mohammed Kudus, Eberechi Eze and Bryan Mbeumo have all been mentioned in the British media as possible replacement for the Egyptian.

Mohammed Kudus has had a poor start to the seasoton even though he scored his forst goal in West Ham’s 4-1 demolition exercise of Ipswich Town at the London Stadium last weekend.

The 24-year-old Ghanaian joined West Ham in the 2023 summer transfer window in a deal worth €42m. With a release clause of around €80m, many believe it will be very difficult for the talented forward to leave as the fee is very high.

Mohammed Kudus is expected to recover from the dip in form to fire West Ham to their target as he did last season.
