Victor Boniface failed his medical test at AC Milan, which prevented him from joining the Italian giants.

His failed medical test was unsavoury to him, Bayer Leverkusen, AC Milan and his fans as they all expected the deal to go through.

Boniface is in Nigeria’s squad to face Rwanda and South Africa, where the Super Eagles must win both games.

When Boniface, who recently joined Werder Bremen has disclosed that he is fully fit for football.

“Can you tell us about your fitness? It is said that Milan did not sign you because the tests were negative”, a journalist asked Boniface

Victor Boniface answered, “Whatever you want to believe from the media, that is on you. I don’t care. If my body is not 100% I would be in the hospital, not here talking to you.”

Boniface, under Xabi Alonso, looked like the next top striker for Africa, but it seems he has a lot of work to do now to live up to the expectations.
