After the imminent weekend, international football will be back across the world with Ghana’s mind fully fixed on Chad and Madagascar games.
Otto Addo is expected to name his squad before the end of the week with all the stars expected to be part of the team.
Ghanaians were extremely fed up with Black Stars’ lackluster performance in the 2025 AFCON qualifiers. Ghana did not win any of the six games and finshed bottom of Group F where Angola and Sudan qualified.
Ahead of Ghana’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, head coach Otto Addo has urged Ghanaians to support Black Stars.
“Ghana nation needs urgent victories to go to the World Cup. We need the support of all Ghanaians, especially GA chiefs to support us in our task so that the whole of Ghana can be happy and everybody will be joining us if we go to the World Cup,” Otto addo said.
The home fixture against Chad in round 5 will be host at the Accra Sport Stadium hence making the coach calling for support from GA chiefs.
The round 6 fixture against Madagascar wil be played at the Grande Stade Al-Hociema in Morocco giving Ghana a huge advantage.
