Suzy Pinamang’s family nearly went mad during the second hearing in the shooting case at SDA Senior High School after the suspect, Bernard, who accidentally shot her eye, was granted 2Billion bail.
Suzy’s family were disgruntled and furious with the court’s decision to let the perpetrator leave the cells, as it nearly led to a fracas between the two families, per eye eyewitness report.
Lawyers of the suspect applied to the court to grant the teenager bail by the High Court in Twedie, and the decision was not tolerated by Suzy and her family as the young girl was captured by cameras weeping uncontrollably and requesting justice from Ghanaians.
On April 4th 2025, Ghana was shocked to hear the news of a shooting incident at the Seventh Day Adventist Senior High School as Bernard Amoabeng, a second-year student, went to class with a gun and fired during an argument with his mates to ascertain the originality of the gun.
The silly act led to many injuries, with Suzy Amoabeng sustaining severe wounds, leading to her being blind after being accidentally shot in the eyes.
It remains unknown the sort of punishment Bernard Amoabeng will get from the law court.
