Charles Taylor predicted Aboubakar Ouattara to be the first coach to be sacked ahead of the 2024-25 season. He was extremely sure that Ivorian was not going to survive because he didn’t tick any of the boxes for the Phobia job.

Aboubakar Ouattara defied all the odds and won the majority of the Phobia fans’ hearts. He was on the verge of once topping the table, but failed. Things turned, and the club is yet to return to that wonderful form.

Former Hearts of Oak midfielder Charles Allotey has called for the club to sack Aboubakar Ouattara because he doesn’t understand the culture of the club.

“He’s a failure; what has he taught the players? It’s time for a new direction,” Allotey said. When you watch Accra Hearst of Oak in action, you will wonder what at all do they learn at Pobiman. The former midfielder was described as a failure and hence must be sacked.

“If Kotoko can act, why can’t Hearts? This coach doesn’t understand the club, and the players don’t understand what he wants, he added.

Asante Kotoko recently sacked their head coach, Prosper Ogum Narteh, who was fighting for the league, even though the club’s form dipped. Allotey urged the club to follow Asante Kotoko and sack the Ivorian coach.

Hearts of Oak has won only one of their last 9 games and are sitting in 6th place on the log. They trail the leaders by 10 points with just four games to end the season.
